What We Process

ExtrAct processes medical coding documents (PDFs) that you upload. Documents are parsed in memory and destroyed immediately after your Excel export is generated. We do not retain, archive, or backup any uploaded files or extracted patient data.

What We Store

We store account metadata (email, subscription status, usage counts) and activity logs (timestamps, page counts, row counts, processing times). Activity logs never contain filenames, patient identifiers, or any content from your documents. Output file hashes are stored for integrity verification only.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not train artificial intelligence models on your data
• We do not keep backups of your documents
• We do not share usage data with third parties
• We do not store patient identifiers in any persistent system
• We do not log filenames or document content

Data Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time from your dashboard. Upon deletion, all account metadata, activity logs, feedback, and templates are permanently purged within 30 days. Only a hashed audit trail entry remains.
